REFORMER PILATES
+ REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS
New to Pilates? This Fundamentals class introduces Pilates principles and basic movements on the reformer to help you connect with your body and improve mobility, co-ordination and strength.
Level: 1 (deliberate pace) Suitable for beginners.
+ MINDFUL REFORMER
Stand a little straighter and leave a little calmer with this mindful Pilates class. Moving with your breath, the flowing sequence of controlled Reformer exercises will help to improve posture and alignment while fostering the mind-body connection and helping to quieten the internal chatter. It's the perfect balance of breathwork and conscious movement; allowing you 50 minutes of self-care for your physical and mental health.
Level: 1/2 (deliberate pace) Suitable for all levels.
+ POSTURE-PERFECT REFORMER
Open up your back and chest in this feel-good, rejuvenating Reformer class that combats the stiff shoulders and back aches from long hours at your desk. With exercises designed to strengthen back extensors, stretch and mobilise the spine, as well as improve overall postural alignment, you’ll walk out of class standing straighter, looking taller and feeling refreshed.
Level: 1/2 (deliberate pace) Suitable for all levels.
+ REFORMER MOVEMENT
Improve your balance, stability, co-ordination and posture with this reformer class dedicated to enhancing functional movement & encouraging a strong mind-body connection. Attend classes regularly and it won’t take long for you to see and feel a difference in your everyday life.
Level: 1/2 (deliberate-moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 5 lessons on the Reformer.
+ REFORMER SCULPT
The most advanced reformer class on our schedule, this full-body workout challenges your strength, balance, agility and endurance. Get ready for more complex Pilates exercises including inversions, unilateral work and flows that'll have you working up a sweat!
Level: 2/3 (moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 20 lessons on the Reformer. Not for beginners.
+ RESTORATIVE REFORMER
Pilates has long been praised for its effectiveness in reducing pain & supporting healthy, functional ageing. Restore your body to its optimal state through a series of controlled Pilates exercises on the Reformer designed to relieve pain, strengthen the back & core muscles, and improve mobility in the neck, back and hips.
Level: 1/2 (deliberate pace) Suitable for all levels*.
+ CORE REFORMER
Your core is the key stabiliser for your body; supporting good posture, functional ageing and digestive health. In this class you'll work the entire body, with particular focus on the upper abs, lower abs and obliques, as well as the mid & lower back. Enjoy the difference in how you move and look with a strong and active core.
Level: 1/2 (deliberate-moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 5 lessons on the Reformer.
+ TOTAL BODY REFORMER
Improve your balance, stability, co-ordination and posture with this reformer class dedicated to enhancing functional movement & encouraging a strong mind-body connection. Attend classes regularly and it won’t take long for you to see and feel a difference in your everyday life.

+ REFORMER FLOW
Explore the joy of movement as you mobilise the spine, build strength and elongate tight muscles in this well-rounded intermediate class. Expect more fluid transitions between exercises, fewer recovery breaks and to work every muscle in your body, leaving you positive and energised.
Level: 2 (moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 10 lessons on the Reformer. Not for beginners.
+ REFORMER MULTI-LEVEL
Confident on the Reformer? This multi-level class is all about challenging your strength and stability, stretching out tight muscles and enjoying the joy of movement. Expect fluid transitions between exercises and fewer recovery breaks than our beginner classes. You're going to love it!
Level: 1/2 (deliberate-moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 5 lessons on the Reformer.
+ FULL BODY CHALLENGE (REFORMER HIIT)
Get your sweat on with this fast-paced and fun Full Body Burn workout for the whole body. You'll flow through athletic, high intensity sequences on the reformer including jumpboard work that will boost your fitness, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Don't be surprised if your muscles are aching the next day - but you'll love the challenge!
Level: 2/3 (fast pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 10 lessons on the Reformer. Not for beginners.
MAT PILATES
+ REFORMER & MAT MOVEMENT
This fusion class is one for Pilates lovers! It combines traditional mat Pilates with exercises on the reformer, resulting in a full-body workout that aims to improve your strength, stability, flexibility, mobility and more. If you've done Pilates before but are looking for something a little more exciting to add to your workout routine, this is the one for you. Give it a try!
Level: 1/2 (deliberate-moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 5 lessons on the Reformer.
PRE-NATAL PILATES
+ PRE-NATAL PILATES
Take on the changes in your body during pregnancy through a series of moderate Pilates exercises starting on the mat and moving to the Reformer for a whole-body conditioning. Strengthening of back muscles and pelvic floor activation through breathwork will all help to decrease pregnancy-related aches and pains while preparing for birth. You'll also improve your flexibility, mobility and build upper body strength to get you ready for motherhood. Mothers-to-be will love the difference they feel in mind and body.
Level: 1 (deliberate-moderate pace) Suitable for beginners. The class welcomes all mothers-to-be at any stage of your pregnancy journey as long as you have the green light to exercise from your gynaecologist.
TRX
+ FULL BODY BURN (REFORMER & TRX)
Feel the burn with this fun-filled, body-sculpting Full Body Challenge class on the Reformer and TRX. Designed to boost metabolism, burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness, the mix of equipment will challenge your stability, flexibility and strength to help you reach your goals and feel more confident than ever before.
Level: 2 (moderate pace) Suitable for clients who have taken at least 5 lessons on the Reformer.
+ TRX FLOW
This fusion class combines the resistance training of TRX and Reformer Pilates, resulting in a full body workout sure to make you sweat! The TRX is a device first used by the Navy Seals of the American special forces. This form of resistance training is known to boost metabolism, enhance strength and improve cardiovascular endurance - and that’s not all. TRX exercises are also great for working on stability, balance and flexibility, which are key for everyday life and overall health.
Level: 3 (fast pace) Suitable for clients who are advanced on both TRX and the Reformer.
