Rajween has always enjoyed movement. With a Graduate Degree in Metabolism and Nutrition, she has always had a passion for understanding how we can move and feel better through different movement modalities. After the birth of her children, she decided to explore strength training and yoga as a means to keep up with the physical challenges of mom-duties.
However, it was Pilates that taught her proper alignment, and helped her strengthen her deep core and pelvic floor muscles. She then decided to get certified in Pilates as she felt tremendous benefits and appreciated how it complemented her strength training and improved mobility. She loves how it always gives her a complete mind- body connection and leaves her feeling tall and open.
In understanding her body and injuries better with Pilates, she has greater awareness of common movement faults, and knows how to help clients with injuries.
She loves seeing how movement uplifts her clients moods and posture after a class.

FUN FACT: Other than Pilates, she enjoys strength training, Yoga, Pickleball and Swimming . She also enjoys upbeat music, anything dark chocolate and coffee.
