Sandy is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor with over seven years of teaching experience in Seoul, Shanghai - and now Singapore! She is effectively trilingual and teaches in Mandarin, Korean and English.
Having personally experienced the healing benefits of Pilates after a back injury, Sandy finds it deeply fulfilling to use her expertise to help people restore physical function and improve their quality of life. She takes great joy in employing diverse techniques and methods to enhance movement and overall well-being.
Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team with an unwavering dedication to expanding her knowledge through continuously undergoing training and gaining qualifications, ensuring she can offer the most effective and personalized support to each client. Her additional certifications include being a Pre/Postnatal Pilates Specialist by The Center for Women’s Fitness, The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery, SCHROTH Method, Rehab Training Specialist Levels 1 and 2, Franklin Method Level 1, TRX, Zumba, and more!
